The Law Firm of Rivera-Aspinall, Garriga and Fernandini P.S.C., was established as a partnership in the month of October, 1998. The firm is currently engaged in the practice of general civil law, concentrating its practice in Real Estate, Commercial, Litigation, Banking, Consumer Law, Corporate, Franchise and Distribution Law, and Personal Injury.

All Partners are experienced attorneys who practice in Puerto Rico State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, and in various Government Administrative Forums.

The Firm was established as a professional corporation under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico effective August, 1999.
